DENTURES AND PARTIALS
Have you been struggling with one or more missing teeth? It may be time to consider dentures or partials. With the current advances in dentistry, dentures and partials are now more comfortable, attractive, functional, and affordable than they have ever been before!
Why Dentures or Partials?
Complete and partial dentures are effective options to replace your missing teeth. Your new restorations will support your facial structure, delivering a more youthful appearance. A denture adhesive can improve the fit of both complete and partial dentures, but it is not always necessary. With your new restorations, you will be able to eat what you want and will speak and smile with confidence!
Complete dentures are full-coverage oral prosthetic devices that replace an entire arch of missing teeth. You will enjoy natural-looking dentures that leave you with a radiant smile.
Complete dentures can be either conventional or immediate. Conventional dentures are made after teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has fully healed. Your new dentures will be ready for placement about eight to 12 weeks after removing your teeth.
Immediate dentures, on the other hand, are positioned at the same time your teeth are removed, meaning that you will not need to go without dentures for a single day. However, during the healing period, your bones and gums will likely begin to change and shrink, meaning that your immediate dentures will need more adjustments than conventional ones for proper fit and comfort.
Depending on the health of your surrounding teeth, we will fit you with either fixed or removable partial dentures. Fixed partial dentures are permanently attached using dental implants, while removable partial dentures fill the gap between two healthy teeth and are connected by metal frameworks to stay in place.
